We are a well established Design and build company in Northwich who have an excellent understanding of building projects accompanied with feasible design solutions.

Having a complete Design & Build package will ensure you are building an extension to suit your budget.

Our In-house design team will also help you to Cost Engineers the build during the design stage and allow you to make micro adjustments to suit your budget.

Existing House Floor Plans

First step

Existing Floor Plan Survey

One of our three designers would visit site to take measurements of the existing floor plan and discuss your prefered build options. Guiding you in the right direction from the very start.

Design Process

Second Step

Design round your budget

Once we have measured the property we will generate a 2d drawing for your consideration, once you have a prefered build option we will produce a 3D design of the build.

£650+VAT

Planning Permission or Lawful Development Certificate

Third Step

Planning or LDC

Once you are happy with the design, the drawings are then finalised and submitted to the council for planning approval.

If the work can be carried out using permitted development rights, then the drawings are submitted to the council for a LDC.

Building Regulations Application

Fourth Step

Building Regulations Drawings.

Once we have obtained either Planning permission approval or a Lawful Development Certificate we can then produce a more detailed drawings including Structural Steel Calculations. This new drawing will then be submitted to the council for checking and approval.
